I realized we stock pile certain things... I guess it saves us money in having to go to the grocery, or SAMS all the time... Here is my list, of what we stock pile.. I want to know what other moms stock pile!

Paper Towels ~ As much as I hate them DH loves them.
Toilet Paper
Tooth Brushes
Tooth Paste
Dentek Floss

Ravioli
Hamburger Meat
Canned Veggies
Drink Mixes/Teas

I'm wondering if there are other things that we use alot, that I should start catching on sale and with coupons to start stockpiling

I'm horrible... I have a small pantry with some canned goods, and a freezer with some meat, but thats it.

I stockpile anything I find on clearance..for BIG time clearance prices. We have about 20 boxes of tampons right now..dh just LOVES that(!)...where I found them on a HUGE clearance sale. I figure the darn things don't go bad, and I have FOUR girls at home! LOL I also have a ton of paper towels and until recently, Hamburger Helper! We have slowly been eating through that stockpile!

I've really quit stockpiling food. Its just me and dh and we ended up wasting a lot. But I still stockpile personal items...Tampons, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.

canned goods
meat on sale, especially ground beef and freeze it
canned pumpkin when it's on sale at Thanksgiving I stock up for the year
Ketchup and mustard (go on sale around July 4th)
peanut butter, jelly
toilet paper, paper towels, napkins
shampoo, shaving cream, toothpaste, toothbrushes, female supplies, soap
cleaning supplies, Magic erasers

I also have a rubbermaid container full of school supplies I got while they were on sale.

When I work it right I buy lots of a certain item when they are on sale, especially if I can combine coupons with the sale price. Many times I have been able to cook from the pantry when we are low on money. I rarely pay full price for certain items because I have the stockpile.

Anything that can be stored in the pantry or freezer or bathroom stockpile closet. If I see a good deal I get as many as I can.

just about anything. I do stop occassionally and go thru stockpiles and then start up as I use it up. Right now I have a TON of cereal and the girls have been getting it as snack for school. some things I only get if I can get it free. Like shampoo (I have ALOT right now).

Anything that we use that I can find on sale, I will stockpile. Just this morning I found pork and beans on sale for $0.25 a can! With the three teenagers boys in house right now I'm always looking for cheap fillers!

I also always try to keep a stockpile of toliet paper on hand at all times. And the way I go through cat food you would think that I stockpile that!

During late summer and early fall I can - peaches, pears, apples. I try to make enough jelly to get us through the year (huckleberry and strawberry) though last year I did a poor job at that. Hopefully this year I can freeze more veggies - I can get corn locally that is wonderful and I'm hoping to can green beans. Looking at my potatoes plants I should have extra of them and I will need to come up with some storage.
