Dh had a meeting today at work. He received another gift certificate (we are accumulating them to use for presents later this year). He also got a $250 bonus ($225 after taxes). He is a paramedic and the company said they made a nice profit last year and wanted to share it with the people doing the grunt work. I was shocked they did this, very very nice of them. I told dh he could go buy something for himself like a game for PS 2 then the rest into savings. He said he didn't need a game, he would rather spend it buying beef we can freeze. YEAH.

Wow! That is great! There is just about nothing better than a bunch of $$$$ coming in unexpectedly. Big congrats!!!
