If you had to come up with some quick cash, what would you sell?

I would sell my DH's bows and guns... LOL no I wouldn't - that would cause a divorce!

I would sell my extra dishes, my kids clothes that don't fit them, my clothes and shoes that don't fit or I haven't worn and extra purses (that one is hard for me but I really should do it).
If I really had to I would sell our extra TV in our bedroom and my treadmill.

What about you, what would you sell?

I would sell our exercise equipment, that hardly gets used; all the kids outgrown clothes, toys, shoes, & books; clothes that neither Brian or myself wear; old shoes; old tools; old cutlery set, set of pots & pans; and if necessary the extra TV & DVD player in our bedroom.

In the past, I have sold any kids stuff that they have outgrown (if I needed money, because usually I give these to my friend) or toys/books they don't use anymore. I could always sell my treadmill or the movies that the kids really don't watch, hardly at all anymore. Other than this stuff....I don't have much to sell.

Honestly that would take a lot of thinking about because we don't really have stuff laying around to sell. My house is to small to hold stuff that doesn't get major usage. unless you count the old computer crap my dh saves but I don't think anyone would want if for free

Hi all. This is my first post but absolutely could not resist this one! My hubby and I have decided to be drastic and get real so we are selling anything and everything to get out of debt - here is our plan

So far I have had 2 yard sales and sold everything from kids clothes and dishes to half empty cleaning products and cat toys. Lol - if I hadn't used it in one year - I sold it. We have made $1500.

We also plan to sell both our vehicles to trade down to something so we don't have car payments.

I found a case of gummy bears at a closeout sale for $3. My daughter is selling these for $1 a bag to her middle school friends and the kids had some. She is also planning to bake for our next yard sale to earn money for school dances she wants to attend.

Anything I didn't sell at the yard sales is going on ebay. We have also decided to sell all our movies - about 100 of those.

I'll have to let everyone know when my sellathon is over how we did. Wish us luck lol and I look forward to posting and reading more during our GET OUT OF DEBT NOW journey. :happy dance:

My dh would sell all his model railroad stuff. He would not like it, but he would do it. We could also sell all the classic car die casts he has. If worst came to worst, we could sell a computer or two.
