I used to spend about $100.00 a week at wal-mart and go about 4 times a week. I'm talking about non grocery items ( we don't have a supercenter yet, one is being built as we speak). I'm going to be in trouble then. Anyway I have gotten it down to about $50.00 per week. I just don't want to go in there as much as I used to and I'm not finding as much to buy. I don't know if it's my new semi-frugal lifestyle or if they just don't have as much stuff worth buying.

I don't!!!!!!! To dangerous on my bankbook. I go for school cloths, Christmas, and usually once or twice during the summer. I never get out of there for under $100 - $150 on a regular trip, double for Christmas.

Target is my vice! I like the George brand in Walmart, it is well respected brand in the UK and cheaper here! I try not to go, but I would say I spend about $100 a month there!

I also used to go way too often, but I only go once a week now, at the most. And then, it is usually because I go in for groceries...and come out with spare stuff! LOL I even swapped my younger two to a preschool closer to home, so that makes it less likely for me to go out and spend money. This morning, for instance, I dropped off dd, walked at the church for 20 minutes, and then came HOME. I thought about running errands, and there are a few I should probably of done, but since I was PASSING my house to go, I just went HOME!! Now, I can get the laundry finished...I was on a roll yesterday, mop the floor, and spend NO money. I am proud of myself. LOL

I abhor Wal Mart and will only go in times of desperation. That leaves me with a huge Target weakness.

I would be going to walmart everyother day if we had one here. I only get to go to Walmart if we go out of town so about once a month and I spend over $100. I love that place and really hope they build one here soon.

I go as often as needed, it's the closest store to my house (except a convenience store around the corner)
I end up spending about $3-400 a month there, or more, but that includes groceries

How many times a WEEK?!? There's no way I would go to Wal-Mart even once a week, much less go more than once a week. If you're going that often it seems to me that you are either not planning ahead or you're just going to waste time and ending up wasting money. What could you possibly be buying that's $100/week of non-food items?? Sorry, don't mean to be mean. I go maybe once a month and rarely spend over $50.
