Does Target have layaway? If so, can you put sale items on layaway? TIA

Our Kmart and Walmart here have done away with layaways! They said it was because you can get gift cards and get items that you would normally would put on layaway. Made me mad. We usually did layaway just as a way to store items there instead of at home until we needed them, example; Christmas and birthday gifts.

I just quit working at walmart in July, and they got rid of layaway a year ago.

LOL--and that is one of the real reasons why they quit--too many people did it for storage and the store would run out of room for everything, or people would do layaways and never come to pick them up--or the number one reason---they want you to sign up for their 23% interest credit card! lol
