1. Dollar Tree has nice ceramic pumpkins.
2. Goodwill sets up tables with Halloween decor items and later Christmas items.
3. Buy clearance and save it for next year.
4. I buy wrapping paper and tape at Dollar Tree.

I tend to buy stuff on clearance and save for the next year. I also keep an eye out for holiday decorations on freecycle and the free section of Craigslist.
