We just buying for the kids under 12 in the families, we set each other a budget on present prices and for our parents and grand parents we are giving them a photoframe with our DD in. We got good prices on having them taken as they were part of a package for a competion and therefore we got them cheaper.

I plan to spend about the same as I did last year.

I want to spend less on what I still have to buy, but I'm already almost finished since I've been shopping year-round for several years and putting items back. I don't really remember what I paid for most of the items, but I know I bought them on clearance or big sale!

i would say less only because i got 10 kids presents at rock bottom prices(some of them i think they paid me to take lol) so that is why it was less this year otherwise it would have been about the same.
