We are most definetly will be spending less this year. We are having a baby in April and I will be out of work for a few months. Besides...I have come to the conclusion that none of us really need anything. I was really hoping to maybe do the "adopt a family" through the hospital this year.

We will be spending a lot less this year. I do not have a dollar amount yet. Money is really tight, right now and is only gonna get tighter in the next few months. Plus we have birthdays in Jan. and March, so we have to have money for something for those too. We only buy for our kids. I would love to be able to get everyone in our families something, but it is not possible. We cant even buy for the kids in our familes.

I was trying to budget $75 on my daughter because she has so many people buying for her. It hasn't worked out though. I have already spent $100 and it is only October. For all of the family and extended family I spent about the same. I guess since she is my first and it is her first Christmas I went a little overboard!

I will be spending a lot less this year! We really don't have much of a choice since the cost of everything (gas, groceries, utilities and etc.) has gone up a lot since last years Christmas and for the simple fact that we will only be getting 5 more paychecks until Christmas (scary thought for all of us people who receive paychecks biweekly!). The nice thing about it is that I have a decent start on Christmas and I do have gift cards set aside so I won't have as much of a "money crunch"!

I'm freaking out a bit right about now. I've got about thirty ppl I still need to shop for.
Ahh, I don't know what I'm going to do! A year ago this time around, we were living in Waynesboro VA and the WalMart had SO MANY specials on wonderful things...I was all set. I haven't gotten anything, though I managed to snag a few items at my local Kroger (Fry's) store. We'll see how this year goes - GOOD LUCK Ladies!

I goofed, I put the same, but then I remembered how very broke we were last year, and couldn't get much at all. We didn't even get gifts for each other. So I guess I should have said more. But overall, about the same as we usually spend, just not last year.
