from clearance racks. You can find some great deals. If you have a place to store clothes you can buy clothes they will grow into. On the other hand, do you ever find yourself buying something you or the kids don't really need, but you buy it anyway because it is such a great deal.

Sometimes I pick out some great deals but then I think...even though this is a good deal, and we will use it...I hadn't planned on buying any clothing (and spending money) so I just put it back and walk away !

I am getting much better at walking away. I do still check the clearance sections on a regular basis. I haven't paid full price for toilet paper in over 6mths due to target's clearances. Also the last 3 bottles of Tide I have bought have been on clearance.

I did learn that I need to keep a running list of what clothes my kids have because when I switched out DD's summer for winter, I found that I had 2 duplicates and too many knit pants. Luckily I sold the knit pants at consignment for what I paid for them. I am going to try to trade the duplicates with a fellow mom.

I usually stop @ the clearance racks.
I've found many great items for extremely low prices. If I see a cute sweater for two bucks I will buy it even though my dd or ds won't/doesn't need it.
They make great presents for the kiddos in my fam.

i used to not be able to walk away but now that i have quit shopping for fun i look if there is nothing that i can use right now i just pass it up. on occasion if there is something like a toy i can use as a present i will get it and store but my rule on toys is it has to be at least 75% off and under 5 bucks...

I used to ALWAYS buy stuff that I didn't need. Now I just look and don't buy unless it is needed.

Same here. We've found some really great stuff at Target.

I love to shop clearance, however I am really trying to not even look! My stockpiles are ridiculous! My downfall is my DSD. She is so easy to buy for and I love to send her packages so she knows we are thinking about her, however it really adds up!
