Someone I work with gave me a a Tony Hawk hooded sweatshirt that her son decided that he did not like. It is pretty much brand new. Now, just the other day my son was saying he wanted more hooded sweatshirts. Is it too cheap of me to save it and give it to him for Christmas?

Did your son see it at all? I don't think so -- if I was in the same situation I would probably give it as a gift.

I would give it to him as a Christmas present- he will be happy with it. My oldest wanted an Abercrombie and Fitch sweatshirt for school this year and I found one at a consignment store for $5- I gave it to her as a Birthday present (that was her favorite present this year).
