My father passed away last month, and to my suprise he left both my sister and i $1000 each (shocking because he had no money) the check for which i recieved in the mail today.

so, being the now frugal person i am, the whole lot is going on my student loan. i wasn't expecting it, so i wont miss it.

$1000 down, $59,000 to go!
