My frugal favorites are

Hot chocolate from Dunkin Donuts
A good book (library books are my fav, because it's okay if I don't like them)
A new CD (which I haven't gotten in about 2 1/2 years LOL!)
New nail polish
Getting my hair cut and colored
Soft, comfy warm socks
Jasmine and Sandalwood incense by Prasad

Oh - I feel more relaxed just typing these things out

A few of my favorite frugal things are:

A white chocolate mocha from Starbucks
Taste of Home simple & delicious subscription – I love this magazine
Carmex (a must have)
Diet Coke on ice
A snickers or Butterfinger candy bar
Manicure and pedicure (a birthday present to myself every year- just in time for spring)
A large unsweetened tea
Renting a good movie
Having my hair cut and colored
Having a whole day at home with DH, and the kids
A warm day at the park with the kids and the dog

I could go on and on …

Long, hot bubble bath
Going to the library and getting a bunch of books to read- bonus, getting to go by myself
makeup on clearance for 75% off at Target
My favorite good cheap wine $8/bottle
Surfing the net
sitting on my swing in the summertime reading a book and drinking a big glass of iced tea.
sunflower seeds- the kind in the shell
Not having anywhere I HAVE to go or anything that HAS to be done!

I actually got to do most of those things today! And I enjoyed the wine and a good, trashy romance novel while I was in the tub! Perfect end to a day, in my opinion!

Okay, one absolute favorite that I can't even remember the last time I did- sleeping late!!

These are a few of my favorite (frugal) things...

Freshly brewed coffee with a sprinkle of cinnamon
homeade ice cream...I have several great flavors I rotate
Glass of wine with dinner ($9/bottle or less...a rare treat these days)
Warm fluffy socks
Chick flicks or a great book from the library during nap time (with a bowl of the previously mentioned ice cream! What an indulgence!)
Magazine subscriptions (I'm a recipe-junkie, so mostly food magazines)

I'm sure there are more!

1. Candles - I burn a candle everyday, which I know is not too frugal, but I do get them cheap when they are on sale, or by hosting a party lite party.

2. Chocolate or ice cream - I am like the lady on the dove choc commercials, kind of go dreamy over my choc and ice cream!

3. Books - I get them free from the library and I love, love, love to read a good book!

4. A quiet evening at home with my hubby and kids - I love the quiet nights after dinner and baths and all of the work is done and we just sit there together in the qiuet and dim the lights and relax with the kids cuddling in our arms.

1. An occasional donut to munch while I shop (keeps away the food impulse buys!)
2. The $1/2 movie shelves at the video store
3. The free exercise videos at the video store (and when dd gets bigger, the free kids movies!)
4. Hot cup of coffee while I grocery shop (85 cents w/my own cup). This goes w/the donut.
5. $1/yard fabric for my sewing projects--one yard and 5 hems later, and I have a new skirt!
