So, what did you do frugal this weekend?

I stocked up on boys sweat pants on clearance at Target. My boys (4 of them) will only wear sweatpants and I hate when they get holes in them, so I like to have some in reserve.

I worked at my per diem job to get some extra Christmas money today and signed up to work next Sunday too.

Friday watched Ratatouille for free (checked it out from the library)
Took leftovers for lunch to work Saturday/Sunday.
Brought my own coffee to work.
Drove slower to work (got more mpg this way).

If buying powdered milk and making my own counts as frugal, thats what I did.

We also had a very quiet weekend but we went to the beach for a picnic and all we brought was $2 of hot chips. We took out own bread, drinks and napkins. $2 is a cheap family day out.
