What have you done that's frugal this weekend?
1. I brought my lunch to work.
2. No spending money today.

Enjoyed just staying home and not getting out in the snow to go anywhere. My DH went shopping so I am not sure that is saving money!

1)DH is working OT and the kids & I are staying home

2)Bought Steak yesterday in the reduced meat section and we are feeding the kids and sending them to bed then having our own "adult dinner" with our good china & everything!!

3)Only plan on buying BOGO items and the penny coupon when grocery shopping Sunday.

4)Ordering gift cards from our points to give as Christmas presents

5)Posted ISO of Thomas trains on my local mommy board (alot of times people give things away or will trade for something little!)

Not too much of a frugal weekend here(we took the girls bowling and to the candy store- they still have a penny candy table). The only "frugal" things we did was my IL's had all the kids pictures taken together and took us out to eat afterwards.

I don't think we have done anything frugal this weekend.

Wait, I got one, we didn't go buy a new car when I started to complain about our current situation yesterday. And then, today, when my husband started to complain, we again, didn't go buy a new car.

I did more Christmas shopping and dh and I went to WalMart about 4 times between the 2 of us, so not so frugal this weekend. Plus we had a wrestling tournament, so I spent money on concessions, and today is ds's birthday so we are ordering out pizza.

I washed in cold, like I always do. Does that count?

Dh had a coupon for a free nights stay at a local hotel, so we did that last night. Took the kids swimming in the hotel pool. Got up and came home for breakfast instead of going out to eat. Dh and the kids wanted to order pizza for lunch, I said no and we had grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch instead.
I did spend $50 at the grocery store yesterday, but got four gallons of milk while it was still on sale. And got the last of my baking stuff for Christmas.

Stayed home yesterday. Today went to DS football banquet and bought 2 newspapers. So all weekend I only spent $1.75. I'd have to say that this was a pretty frugal weekend.
