This is a great idea and I've never done one before. Any tips on setting it up?

This sounds great but I'm not sure I'll be able to do one. I start school on Jan. 2. Maybe once I start and get use to homework again (haven't had any in quite a few years) I'll be able to start one. Any suggestions on starting one would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
