List off any frugal plans you have for this weekend.

I'm doing the usual (bringing my lunch to work).
Oldest has swimming lessons, and younger one plays in the playroom for free.
I have 2 Wonder Pets dvd's from the library they can watch. (It's really cold here so they can't go outside).

well, we are going to disneyland, (just for a few hrs) because we have season passes, so it's a FREE outing!
if we stay there for more than a couple hrs, then you start spending money, and I don't want to do that.

So no money just gas from the car. We will be bringing a sackasnack for the way home from the Magic House.

Saturday-Starting at 500pm (lights out) We are trying to do a once maybe twice a month LIGHTS OUT IN THE HOUSE.
Sunday- Stay home

I am hoping ours does not bite us in the butt- but here is our frugal plans!

We are taking a break from packing this Saturday to do a few things- hopefully they don't bite us on the bum! Anyways both the girls received a few gift cards for Christmas and we are taking them there to get a few things they want. They both have a $25 gift card for Build A Bear and before Christmas my brother and I went to BAB and got $8 off coupons so we will be able to spend $33 each at Build A Bear. My oldest also has a gift card for the Gap- so hopefully she will find something there before they start taking off maintenance fees! We may stop at Chuck E Cheese- my aunt gave us a gift card to there and I have coupons for there so maybe we will be able to get away with it being free (fingers crossed- I have an addiction to skeeball and so does DH- so we will have to stay away from that!).

We are going to rent a movie with a free movie rental coupon from the local movie store and make popcorn (fresh popcorn that is!) and have a fire Saturday night.

As for Sunday- back to packing and possibly loading up the vehicle with stuff and taking to my grandparents (it's supposed to be really cold!)- they offered us to store our stuff in their basement for free!

My kids have a 3 day weekend (they're off on Monday for MLK Day), but it's supposed to be bitter cold with wind chills below 0, so we won't be going anywhere (until Monday), unless it's absolutely necessary.

Last night, I made us a pizza for supper. Today, I'll be catching up with laundry, straightening up, etc. Sarah has thrown up a few times this morning, and I'm wondering if it's something she ate...she has no fever, and is playing normally. So who knows?!? The kids are working on Valentine crafts. They like to look through the Oriental Trading Company catalog, and try to make the craft projects using what we have on hand! Planning on making homemade potato soup, & pepperoni rolls for supper.

Tomorrow, we'll probably just hang out, watch football, and try to keep warm!! I am planning on making meatloaf, mashed potatoes, & green beans for supper (so Brian can have meatloaf sandwiches all week in his lunch). I might also make a pumpkin pie for dessert (I'm not a big fan of pumpkin pie, so I won't be tempted to eat it).

Monday, as long as we're all healthy, we have a play date scheduled with my best friend, and her 2 girls. I'm planning on taking some leftover potato soup, and salad fixin's for our lunch, and she's going to make the kids chicken nuggets, fries, and veggies w/dip.

I'm not planning on spending ANY money until I go get groceries next week!!

Yesterday late afternoon we got to go to Chuck E. Cheese for a small birthday party for one of my daycare kids.

Sat-We went to birthday party and daycare boys house where they also served dinner, I did have to buy a gift but that was an approved exspense.

Tomorrow night we are going to a rec center that my sil church is renting out for a freinds and family night. Originaly sil told me it was $5.00 a piece but whomever SHE signed up is condsiered a family with a $20.00 cap she said she had already paid the money so for us not to worry about it. I am making a desert to take and share as that was the other cost of admission! Ended up being a frugal weekend.
