I don't know how my mom ever came up with this strange snack, but it is so yummy. We used to eat these for dessert if there was nothing sweet in the house. Now I make them for my kids and they love them. You take a saltine cracker, put a little peanut butter on it, and cut a marshmallow in half and stick it on top of the pb cracker. Put them in the toaster oven and the marshmallows get all soft and toasted and brown on top and the pb heats a little. They are SO yummy!

Oh, and we love beans too. I make some kind of bean soup every week. Black bean, lentil, split pea, veggie chili, we love it all.

My fav. would be popcorn for the popcorn maker. It's cheap and better for you than chips!

Egg noodles with butter, tuna, beans, and jiffy cornbread mix. Separately. Not all together. Yum - I would eat these even if I was a millionaire
