And I have about 1/2 as many transactions as I normally do this month! I'm always complaining because I go through check registers so quickly. And if I keep this up maybe this one will last me the entire box of checks!

Yep. I haven't used my card much at all, except maybe gas. The few things I have bought I've used "found" money so the only thing coming out of my account right now is bills. Its nice to see.

Melsb, you need to embrace online banking I've had less transactions but my husband has been a busy beaver with the debit card. Uggg!

I do use the online banking -- love it -- but I still keep my regular check recorder as well. Makes it a little more real to me?

me too! I've made fewer purchases in general. It's easier to save money when I have fewer times I'm exposed to impulse buys.

I have deinitely notice fewer transactions this month. I have cut out most of my "impulse" sending (have had a couple of small slips).
