This month I was going to buy only what I absolutely needed to survive. The only nonfood item I bought was a coat for my daughter and some pants. No toys, books, or movies.

I worked overtime so oct 1 I should have $200 to put towards my emergency fund. I turned in popcans and got $10 (hey every penny counts right?)

The big goal I accomplished was NO NEW CREDIT CARD DEBT!!!!!

Wow, that last one is really something to shout about. If I can get a whole month doing that I'd be really proud too. Congrats on your accomplishments!

GOOD FOR YOU .......I so wish that we could get there sometime soon, but we are looking at like 5 years and maybe 3 if I buy NOTHING extra.
