No. I'm a germaphobe. I don't mind clothes because I can put them in the washer.

I have very severe foot problems (I've had three surgeries, spent 1 1/2 years in physical therapy, a year on crutches, am probably going to need another major surgery, etc.) so I won't buy used shoes for our kids. Some of my foot problems are genetic, but some of them are related to wearing poorly fitting shoes as a kid, so this is the only thing I'm anal about regarding kids clothes. I usually try to go to a kids shoe store where they kids are fitted to my satisfaction.

No, I've had way too many problems with my feet to deal with someone elses foot problems as well. Like SkiMommy said, you can't wash shoes.

When my boys were little, little I would buy them some nice ones at garage sales and the like - at the ages where shoes were more decorative than functional.

After that, nope. And for me, personally, I can't deal with the thought of someone else's germs on my feet.

No. I am concerned about fit as well as germs! I will buy used everything but shoes and swimsuits (once they are out of diapers)!

Yes, but only for myself. The last pair i bought were a real bargain practically brand new saw them in local store priced at 55.00 i bought them for 8.00

I have but they have only been little girls flop flops that I can wash & try to sanitize, other than that I just can't bring myself to buy them used.
