-I'm doing the usual (packing leftovers for lunch for work)
-We have acouple new releases from the library we can watch if we have time
-Sunday I'm taking the girls to a free exhibit with the Girl Scout troup.

Does anyone else have frugal plans for this weekend?

dh is going to change out the pipes in the kids bathroom(we already have the materials)
dh is going to hang a shelf rack thing my sister gave me so we can keep the library materials centrally located.
don't know what else we will do dh said he may treat us to lunch or dinner our since he has not spent any of his visa gift cards from christmas.

My dh and and 2½ year old are sick...so we'll be as frugal as we can get--stay home and rest!

My parents are watching the twins and Noah and DD1 and DD2, DH and I are going to a town 45 miles south of us to go to the huge St. Patrics day parade and then to the science center (we have a year membership there). It should be lots of fun. It's all free too, so other than driving there and going out to eat, we won't be spending much.

Not exactly free, but. . .
we'll be celebrating an early Easter with one side of the family. Traditionally I organize an Easter egg hunt for the neices and nephews. We're up to five kids now. This year practically all the candy and prizes came from CVS-ing, freeebies, samples, and clearance racks, with a few fillers from the dollar store. I don't think I spent more than $10 on the whole thing - and that includes the eggs with money inside.

Just staying home like usual. Gas is $3.27 here in PA. DH has been laid off for the past two weeks... hasn't been a fun time but we are dealing with it all.

We just returned from an Easter Egg Hunt. The ticket cost $4 and 2 pony rides were $6. We did not buy the package of pictures of dd with the Easter Bunny.

Later I will return DVDs at the library and pick up more.

Tomorrow I dont have anything planned.

Today, we took DS to an Easter Egg Hunt/Party at Grandpa's company! Totally free!!!! Best of all, it was indoors which was perfect since it has rained several days straight here. There were inflatables, cookies to decorate, pictures to color, a magician, the Easter Bunny, and an egg hunt.

Last night we went my brother-in-law's for his birthday dinner and today I was supposed to go to my godfather's for a St. Patrick's Day dinner but I am sick! And tomorrow we will miss my family's St. Patrick's Day festivities and the parade! So much for free food!!!

So we will just stay in clean and watch a movie! And hopefully DH will chop and bring in some firewood which has not been done in about 2 months. Our oil bill is outrageous!
