We spend about $140 a week on everything (food, consumables, etc.). our total household money for the week is $200, but $60 of that goes into the gas tank. We also eat out one lunch and one dinner per week. We may have to cut back eating out the lunch soon, but it's nice to have one dinner (inexpensive take-out) off from cooking. We do not factor the dinner into our grocery budget, however. That comes out of entertainment, but I usually try to squeeze the lunch out of the grocery budget.

About $185 per month
for two adults, one toddler, and one very finicky aged cat
Dh buys his lunch in the school cafeteria (for $1!) during the school year and packs his lunch when school isn't in session
We eat out or get take-out about twice a month.

We spend about $150 a week for all consumables.

5 people (one in diapers) and 3 cats.

We eat out about twice a week, once being the whole family, once just me and 3 kids. This doesn't include husband eating out lunches during work week.

I would like to bring this down a bit, but I would like to stock up the freezer and pantry first.
