I'm not sure if Cub Foods is national or not, but we have them here in MN - they are having an awesome sale through tomorrow - Buy 1 get 2 Free - we were there last night and my bill was $35.23 after my $51.46 in coupons - it was great. They had big bags of shrimp; all cooked and frozen, 72 count I believe - $17.99 a bag - buy one get two free - many other deals that are just as good too.
