This is the frugal living expert on MSN -- and she kind of annoys me but her articles sometimes contain some pretty good tips and I thought this one was especially good -- even if she does annoy me.

I would hate to have that woman's life. I do not like hopping from store to store to store. She went to a Rite Aid and 2 WalGreens in one day. My time is worth more than that.

She obviously doesn't tote around two kids, a baby, stroller and diaper bag when doing all these frugal errands it would take me two days to do all this!

I do the same things she does - almost. We use coupons and look for deals but we don't drive around from store-to-store to buy what we can get at one store - the dreaded Wal-Mart. They match prices and even though I can't take advantage of the in-store coupons, I feel I still save that amount in gas.

We also cook with a full oven, eat leftovers, pack lunches to take with us, buy reduced meat and bread.

Maybe if it was only me or just me & DH we could live in $12,000 a year but with four kids, that's not gonna be possible.

I find her annoying too. She's a little bit obsessed.
Today I went to a resale shop to sell some things, then to Walmart and I was already exhausted. With two kids, that's all I can handle! And of course I forgot my coupon for toilet paper...again! I did remember my WIC voucher to buy milk though, so I consider it a success. I never make it to the grocery store, even though they offer pretty good deals. I have to go to Walmart to get cat litter and diapers, so I usually do my grocery shopping when I need those two things. I definately need to stop forgetting my coupons!

It's probably a hobby for her, so she finds joy in it. Not a lifestyle for me. I would hate to be her daughter - get mom out of your wedding!!!
