I agree with this. I wouldn't buy a "surprise" box because someone else's definition of good used quality might not coincide with mine.

I agree with the "fill up the bag" idea!! I just went to a garage sale 2 weeks ago and the kids clothes were 25 cents each. I was looking through them, and the lady said, whatever you can fill up in these two walmart bags for $2.00. What a blessing!!! I got both my big boys jeans, shorts, shirts, pjs, and underwear for $2!! (it was near the end of her sale and she said it was going to go to goodwill anyway, and she was SO glad someone could wear the stuff!!

Good luck with your sale!!!!

One person's good used condition is not another persons. I don't think this would work. I would try the bag idea. I would do that and like that but not buying something I don't like.

nope I wouldn't buy them bagged like that. I would however find a way to attach outfits if you have alot of those types of clothes. Like if you have a kids outfit that has a matching top, bottom, socks, hat, ect, I can't tell you how many times people would just grab the top, and leave the bottom behind, or not buy the hat because they didn't see it, or it got mixed up.

I'd use hangers, and hang "outfits" and things that go together and mark them with a price. The rest of the clothes, I'd just fold on a table and make a sign " clothes 50 cents" no matter what clothes they are. Some might be worth 1.00, some only 25 cents, but it all evens out of you charge 50 cents

To keep outfits together, I've seen people safety pin them together.

Good luck!

If they are sets I would either saftey pin them togethr or I have also seen them taped together using masking tape. what about a buy 2 get 1 free sale. not sure how many days the sale is going. That would get more clothes out than the "bag" sale" which I agree should be the last day.

In a box- No, as a rule I never buy mystery boxes/items under any circumstances. I have tried maybe twice before and was always disappointed/ripped off. In a clear plastic baggie- mayyybe. I prefer being able to inspect things before I buy them. Fill a bag, whatever size- YES!!!! I love these sort of things and will rarely pass up these deals!
