I am reading the book right now and it is quite eye opening. It makes me ill that I have cc debt right now and it makes me want to hurry up and pay it off and not use them ever again. I will be getting the movie when I am done.

I saw it months ago and enjoyed it. It was really an eye opener or anything for me; the debt situation in America is pitiful, but it's important for those who want to stay out of debt to watch.

Sounds very interesting -- might be useful ... especially with my husband!

That does sound interesting. I have watched the Maxed Out tv shows, but never heard of the movie. Have to check it out!

I checked it out from the library a few months ago. I thought it was interesting.

We rented it with Netfilx last month and really enjoyed it. We are working on getting out of debt, but this made us realize even more so how twisted the cc companies and debt collectors really are. It made us want to switch our bank accounts from a big corporate bank to a local credit union - we just want nothing to do with cc companies and corporate banks anymore - there is nothing redeeming about them.
