I had not been to Target for most of the summer. Last Friday I went out shopping with my sister and we ended up in Target. I showed her all the clearance aisles and got her hooked now too! Anyway, I spent a total of $8.63 after all my coupons, it should have been $46.72! I was so shocked. The total kept coming down, and down and then the cashier said the total I was like what? That's the best I've ever done at any store. I just had to share. Maybe I should go in there more often.

I wish I could stay away from Target. Good for you -- I'm impressed with how much you saved.

Oh my if I lived across the street from a Target it would be me living in a shopping cart as I would have nothing left! If I had one closer to me I would be there much more often!

One of the items I bought (well, I should say 3 items) was Pantene Pro V conditioning mask. It was marked down to $1.78 and I got two of them for .78 (since I only had 2 $1 off coupons). I also got Vaseline brand lotion packs, they have two bottles of lotion and a sample of the tanning lotion. They were marked down to $2.78 and I got them for $1.78 each. Oh, the Kotex pads and tampons ended up being free. The box and bag of each had a use it now $1 off coupon, plus I had a bunch of $1 off coupons, one buy 2 tampons get one box free, and $2 off two boxes. I added all that up and 3 boxes of tampons and 2 bags of pads ended up costing me nothing. I got a Sally Hansen nail polish for .18. I was so excited because normally I go there and I find no deals. My dh still can't believe spent less than $10!

I don't know if anyone uses Tom's of Maine brand products but they had a ton of them clearance really cheap, under $2 and I know normally they are a lot more than that.

WOW. That is great. Target just is not my "thing"...but I do pop in for their clearance once in a while..and their dollar section. I just do not see all the deals you all get!!

I'm currently not a big fan of Target. The nearest target is rather out of the way and the store seems so disorganized. I've also had very poor customer service there. However, they are building a target right down the road. That could get interesting! Depending on how the store is run, I could be converted!
