in the past couple of weeks? some of the things i have noticed:
gallon of 2% milk - 1.99
large dozen eggs - 1.29
1 lb. strawberries - .99
iceberg salad mix - .99
cereal different brands - 1.50- 2.00
perdue boneless chick. breasts - 2.99 per lb.
and many other things. just wondering if it is my area or if everyone else is as fortunate.
it is just lower than what it has been in previous weeks and months. i guess i am just wondering if it is the calm before the storm.

i'v been noticing a lot of sales. i found half gallons of milk for 99 cents.i thought i'd never see that again. your idea about the calm before the storm might be right, though.

Milk for $1.99 and $.99???? I need to move. I haven't noticed grocery prices have gone down at all here.

Not around here. Some fruit is cheaper than it was but that's only because it's in season now.
