I have been trying to find a great substitute for Bisquick. Does anyone have something like it.

This is a healthy version that I always use:

8 cups flour (I use half whole wheat and half white)
1/4 cup baking powder
3 T. Sugar
1 T. Salt
1 1/3 c. dry milk
2/3 c. canola oil

Mix dry ingredients together.
Cut in oil until mixture resembles cornmeal.
Store in an airtight container.

It depends what you are using it for. It goes into any recipe that calls for dry Bisquick. If you go to the Bisquick website, you'll find tons of recipes to use it in.
