Sounds good. Downside is that hubby got a new trainee and he likes to stop and eat fast food for lunch so that is going to cut into things now that he can't come home for lunch right now.

Sounds good! I know our family had already made a commitment to cut back on convenience foods before the challenge, so it comes at a great time!

I'll try. with the kids in school, it's a little harder. They like juice boxes, etc. but I'll give it a shot.

OK i know its kinda late but i just wanted to say that if you can catch a good deal convenience foods can be cheaper. you have to way the cost of the ingredients when their is a good sale. a good cookbook is dining on a dime. sorry i just found this. first time in this board.
