I think you if you have your bases covered, and there is money left over, why not spend it on something you WANT? You work hard to be frugal and to save and for most, live on one income. You should be able to enjoy any extra money you have, Whether that be on an "experience" or a possesion. I know that when we have extra money we spend it and enjoy ourselves! If only it occured more often!
