Saturday the girls have a dance recital so we shouldn't be spending any money that day.
Sunday I will take leftovers to work for lunch.
We have 2 movies from the library the girls can watch if it's raining outside. If not dh is going to take them on a bike ride.

I was suppose to work today but due to a major blizzard (YES!, blizzard in May!), I was called by my boss to not come it. NO travel advised. DH is suppose to work late tonight and tomorrow night, but now that may be canceled due to the weather and roads are closed. I work 1/2 day tomorrow, as of right now, I am sure I will be able to make it to work tomorrow. I went to the store last night when I got off work in the middle of the blizzard to get some milk, bread, eggs, etc. So if we get more snowed in, we are good to go on food. I am just crossing my fingers that the electricity doesnt get knocked out.

Got paid yesterday so filled my grocery envelope. Going today to various grocery stores to get what I need for the next 3 weeks. Also I will be cooking large quantities so I can begin my attempt at OAMC for dinner and for easy breakfasts and lunches.

I am having a very un-frugal weekend.

My fiance and I are going to my mom's for my sisters birthday. I'm making her a cake, but I had almost everything on hand for it already, the other stuff I had to go out and buy. She already got her present from us.

We are also going to go see Iron Man, and we're taking my mom, sisters (3 of them) and my brother. We're gonna sneak in some candy and drinks, but were still planning on getting popcorn. It's costing us $80 just for the tickets for the 7 of us!!

Saturday will be frugal followed by a not so frugal Sunday...
Saturday DH has to work, so DD and I will be at home cleaning, playing and relaxing, etc. Sunday, DH and I are going to The Police concert... This is DH's Christmas, Father's Day and B-day present for this year rolled into one. That will definitely not be frugal considering the tickets were expensive, parking will be outrageous...but babysitting is free as MIL and FIL are babysitting. Got to look at the positive....

This might not be considered frugal but we are saving a lot of money! We are going to pick up our season passes to Silverwood Silverwood 2008 this weekend! We paid for them last fall, through my husband's work and they were really cheap!

That looks awesome!!!

Our plans are defnitely not frugal.. LOL. We're still working on our improvement project. The dirty part is done!! We finished painting yesterday. Today my hubby is changing out all the outlets and covers. Then we are moving all the furniture back in the rooms. If he has time, he will start on the doors and door jams.

While he is working, I'll take the girls outside to play this morning.

Hopefully we will be able to ride bikes on Sunday afternoon.

I have a ton of frugal plans for this weekend, unpacking and hopefully finishing our bedroom and oldest bedroom (youngest is for the most part done- althought there is still a few boxes my grandma's house!), hopefully planting my flowers (yes- I dug up all my flowers before we moved!) and making food with what we have on hand. Not to thrilling of a weekend but hopefully a lot will be accomplished!
