I wish there were more stores like that! Some how everytime I go to the grocery I am always telling the cashier the rigth prices. Sat. the cashier actually told me that she was quitting because nothing ever rung up right and it was making her job harder!

Albertson's does this also. Though, I do not think they are very popular in other areas.

Our walmart will give you an item free if it rings up wrong and costs less than $3. If it is more than $3 they will take $3 off. It's not much, but every little bit helps.

Can I ask where your cubs is and if this policy is posted? I am going to call my cubs tomorrow because this would be awesome.

The cub that did it for me is in Rosemount. I am not sure if it is posted anywhere. I know Rainbow used to do it too and I think it was posted (that may have changed though since they got new ownership)

Like ABG I probably would of went the next day and seen if it did the same thing too. Be proud this is frugality at its best.

my W St Paul CUB also does this. It should be a state wide CUB policy. I remembr the manager telling me all the CUB had same policy. Rainbow no longer does this. last time it happened to me I got the correct price and the hassle of going to wait in another line to get the correct price.
