Hi! Newbie here. I'm not sure if the right place to post this question, but here goes. I regularly go online to search for printable coupons for stuff I would be buying anyway. About 30% of the time, I come across some I could use, but I'm told I need to install a program to be able to print. (An example is the Scott tissue and Dawn dish liquid coupons I'd love to have!) I'm nervous about downloading anything like this. Has anyone done it? If so what was your experience? Thanks!!!

Personally, I've had problems with them, I'm 99% sure. I ended up doing a complete restore because my comp was so screwy with adware and hijackes and stuff that kept coming on, no matter how many times I ran my software to get rid of it. I haven't downloaded any of the programs, and I've not had any issues whatsoever, and it's been almost 6 months. That was the only change I did before, and i only had those type of problems a while after I downloaded the programs.

That's my take, I'm sure others may have had no issues, and they may have different software, but I'm 99% sure that was the cause of my problems.

I am extremely protective of my computer. No cookies get set or scripts get run without me allowing them to (I LOVE Firefox + NoScript + Permit Cookies addons). I've used the coupons.com and smartsource.com coupon printers for years with no problems. I started using them on an old computer at first because I didn't trust them but once nothing bad came from them I moved to using them on my main computer.

I agree that coupons.com and smartsource seem to be okay. I have used them for a few years as well.
