Dollar bins at Target have items called Camp Crafts. I found colored sand, pictures they can sprinkle the sand on, sand art bottles, stamps, stamp pads, and books. More items to stash in the craft bin to pull out this summer when I hear "I'm bored".

My DD loves the sand pictures and so we keep some of them around (we get ours at the dollar store). I haven't seen the sand bottles. Great ideas for summer!

Thanks! I need to stock up on some little projects to take with us to the beach in a few weeks. I always try to bring a bunch of small craft stuff so the kids have something to do in the late afternoons. Dh's parents get stressed out when the kids are zooming around the house so I try to keep them focused on something. Are they small (easy to pack)?

Thanks for letting us know, you never know what you will find at Target in those bins, my DD likes to go there just to look though them.

Check the dollar stores and General Dollar stores around you - they normally have that type stuff too.
