What's the greatest treasure or best deal you've found on freecycle or craigslist?

An oven. When we bought this house almost 5 years ago, it came with the original built in wall oven and this house was built in 1955,so you can guess what shape that wall oven was in! We actually had to tie the door shut when cooking anything in it. It wasn't the standard sized oven either, it was smaller and narrower than the ovens they make today. I priced new ones and most were in the $600 price range, well we just couldn't afford that at the time, so we really lucked out when someone listed one on Freecycle and the measurements were a perfect match. Plus the guy lived 2 blocks from the hospital that Dh's father was in while recovering from a heart attack, it's a 45 minute drive from our house too, so i just had dh pick it up on his way home from visiting his father at the hospital. It all worked out great,so that was my best deal.

You know I've bought SO MUCH off CL, I can't think of any one thing b/c I've gotten such good deals. This month it's been baby stuff for #4, I've gotten almost all my baby gear for around $150 total (when each item costs over $100 retail).
