anyone else swap their shopping list with a friend. you know switch the list when you get to the store and shop for the other person. i find that helps with the buying stuff not on your list thing.

Oh my gosh what a good idea that would be to stick to the list!!

Only problem would be -- NONE of my friends are thrifty or frugal. My grocery bill would be much higher!!

neither are mine but seance i only buy from sales i can tell them the exact brand and size. they fallow it because with my shopping skills i save them money. you could always got to the store with out any cash and make a list with the exact brads and sises you find are the best deal.
