We plan on keeping our 2005 Chevy TrailBlazer. We need the extra room, especially with having 3 kids.

We won't be trading in our Windstar any time soon. It's paid for and as soon as our 96 Nissan Altima is fixed we will be parking the Windstar and praying for a hail storm to total it out (Just Kidding). On a serious note we need to keep the van in order for all of us to visit our oldest DD. She doesn't have her driver's license so if we take her out to eat or shopping we need to have space for her too. We also have a 2007 Camry and that is currently the vehicle we are driving the most.

I have a 96 Nissan Altima too! It's what I drive most of the time since it's more fuel-efficient than our van.

We purchased a Nissan Armada 23 mos. ago because our family grew.... again. There are 6 of us total so a larger vehicle is a must for us. We knew in advance that we had to make this purchase so for 2 years prior we drove a car that was paid off (and hated it!). It was a typical 4 seater, but we crammed all 3 kids in the backseat. So even with gas prices the way they are now, I still remember the fighting and fussing that went on. There's no way we could go back. We are EXTREMELY LUCKY that DH's job provides him a truck with a gas card. That is an unmeasureable blessing right now!!!!

Smiles,
Ang

We have a total gas hog... Yukon XL... which gets [maybe] 11-12mpg, which is insane with the amount of running around that we do. We are looking at a few hybrids now, and we are most def. getting a more fuel efficent car for the "run around" trips for DH to go to work, me to the store, running a few kids here and there.... and just use the Yukon for family outtings.

To put it into perspective... we just got back from my cousins wedding [7hr drive] and we spent over $300 in gas, to and from..... pitiful!

We have a 2006 Toyota Sienna minivan and it's not bad at all with gas so we definitely will be keeping it. Besides, I don't really drive a whole lot anyway so we fill up maybe once a week or every two weeks depending on what we have going on.

We have a mini-van that we purchased used last summer. Unfortunately, no, we don't plan on trading it in. I'm not a mini-van kind of girl, really, and the thing is a gas hog!
