I only go twice a month and spend 400.00 month. That's not including Costco!

Depends on the month-between 2-4 times and 2 Bj wholesale runs. We spend 450 total a month-period. especially now with the price of gas. If we run out of money early it is beans and rice and breakfast for dinner

I usually hit Costco and Trader Joes once a week and then fill in a few items at the grocery store every couple of weeks. I will be cutting down on the TJ runs though once DS is out of preschool the end of the month.

Maybe once. Sometimes less.

I go to the store once a week and just buy what's on sale and what we need that week. I have been spending $60 a week this past month, used to be just $40 a week. I have thought about going once every 2 weeks because the grocery ad goes for two weeks, but I like to get out of the house.

About 3 or 4 times a week usually. I make small, quick trips to different stores to get all the sales. I bike so it doesn't cost me anything for gas, and I stop after work so it doesn't take much time.

Once a week but next month it will probably be every 2wks.

Once a week and a costco run once a month. I can typically keep a weekly spending in the range to $40-$80

This is me as well --- I do about $100 at Sam's Club once a month & then I can do my weekly at about $40 - $60 a week.

1-4 times a month depending on sales. If there are no good deals then I don't go at all. If it is a great week I might shop 2 different places. I will not spend more than $100 a month. We also go to Sams once every other month and spend around 60-80.
