DH would be against it.

There are two shows that we all watch as a family and they are on scifi. Besides local news there isn't a lot of network tv shows we watch.

My dh and dd wouldn't care. Dh works so hard he usually falls asleep instead of watching it anyway and dd loves the internet more than t.v. Now ds would not be very happy without the cable....neither would I !

I think that my husband would object, however I'm toying with the idea currently of bringing it up to him. I think that first I'll talk him into going down to just the basic channels, then slowly make him realize how much we don't watch TV. seriously, we watch it a few hours per week and it's only to kill time. And half of the time we're "watching tv" we're also talking or watching our fish tanks. So yea, I think my husband would object...but we'll find out soon enough lol

Cable TV would be one of the last things to go around here. My kids LOVE to watch the Discovery Kids Channel, NickToons for SpongeBob, and Disney for Hannah Montana.

We watch tv as a family and love Discovery, History Channel, National Geographics, and TLC.

My favorite Channel is HGTV and DH LOVES the NFL network.

Cable TV is not going anywhere!!

Update to my past post....

LOL, it may be a non issue with our move, now. I called the cable company and they don't think they can reach my house and they are the only business in town. I refuse to get a dish (won't go well with our dirt) so it may be a painless way to save.

Don't have cable. We have 'freeview' but that is free (if you couldn't tell!)
