What store do you find the best deals? Where is your favorite frugal place to shop?

Salvation Army for kids items/clothes.
Sears/JC Penney for mine and DH's clothes.

To be really frugal I love 2nd hand stores especially on Saturdays when everything is 1/2 off.
Otherwise I love to check the clearence racks at Kohls and JCPenny's.

My last 3 favorite places for frugal clothing went out of business- all in the last year (all consignment shops- 1 of them due to her DH wanting her home again, the 2nd because of renovations to where the store was at and 3rd- the landlord rose the rent too high!)!

Besides that- the local Goodwill has some decent things on occasion (although- never anything good for my oldest!)- I hit there every once in a while!

When it comes to kids stuff ... I ask my mothers group if anyone has XYZ before I go out and buy it.

When I grew up my mom stock piled stuff, so we had our own "store" in the basement. I have that as well. With a 2nd fridge and an upright freezer and cabinets full of groceries and paper products. So I go shopping in my storage room and attic before I go shopping. I need to keep it a little bit better organized but I can save many trips by shopping at home first.

The Super Mall Ok while not a store they have alot of great stores in one place and its an outlet mall with a few bigger stores.
So to have Carters Oshkosh, gymboree, old navy, children's place, Burlington coat factory, Marshels andNordstrums Rack all next to each other There are a lot of clearance racks and compition

For Me they have a Gap outlet and my favorite the eddie bauer outlet.

Otherwise I am a costco addict but shop fredmyers, winco and Walmart for groceries

At our local thrift store, run by the community action, it is only 25 cents for each item, no matter what it is. I love that place...

I get most exited about my thrift store finds - especially when I find something really cool. But we also get a lot of clothing from Ross and TJ Max as well - though I am not a big fan of TJ Max's return policy and it has started cutting into how often we shop there. I live too far away for a store to only give me 30 days to return something.
