Well, in my case, it is cheaper for me to go to walmart. Not sure if it is the prices or me just not buying as much as i would at target because it is all so adorable!!

I go to Walmart since it is close enough I could walk & I have to go to the next town to get to a Target. On my everyday items, I would say Walmart is cheaper for me anyway, but if I want to buy to the kids some tee's & shorts, then I wait till I'm in the next town & go to Target. Can't beat the prices on their Circo tee & shorts - and they're cute. I have asked for price matching, at Walmart & gotten it, but they always act like I asked for their first born or something. They've kinda got a monopoly in our town, the only other grocery stores here are Food Lion & SavALot, but neither have a great selection. I didn't know I could use other store's coupons at walmart, but I'll try it. Thanks for the info!!

I have found my groceries are substantially cheaper at Wal Mart over Target -- to the toon of $10 - 20 a week for similar stuff. However if Target is running a sale on cleaning products, pet supplies or beauty products they are cheaper hands down on that stuff. I also like the natural cleaning line carried by Target (Method) that Wal Mart does not carry. Price matching at my Wal Mart is a pain in the rear so I don't do it unless I am saving a bunch.

I like Targets home goods more too. The towels are better the sheets are softer and the gadgets funner!!
