my mom picked me up two CDs for in the car with little carrying cases. She paid 10 cents each. The tags on the back were $14.95!

Then she came home with a kids desk for free! SHe found it at the dumpsters/recycling center!

I only was able to go to my neighbors yeard sale accross the street, but I ended up with a like new highchair for my soon to be born grandson, 3 pair of bill blass dress slack(wrinkle free; retail $40) for $2 a pr, also got 9 pr of levis and wrangler jeans for my 2 ds for $2 a pr. These are in like new condition. All in all I spent $30, but that is about what a new pair of jeans cost and I got all of that for that price.

I miss garage sales! My dh and I haven't gone to one together in over a year. The last one I went too was my neighbor's across the street a month back but only got a book case and toilet paper holder that was a cat..my dds loved it lol!

Our garage sales around here end around Sept/Oct. So I won't be able to get much once I find out the sex so Im gonna go next month to get some GN stuff
