$3.69 here this morning--I agree they will probably go up due to panic/speculation rather then rig problems

I filled up the day of the hurricane and only paid $3.29 a gallon. Today it is down to $3.23 here in Texas. I think the media no matter how the economy & energy prices improve will just continue to beat this horse until after the election.
