We are pretty good about eating our leftovers. Dh usually brings leftovers to work 2 times a week when he works late for his dinner. And we eat leftovers for lunches on the weekends if there are any.

Most days dh eats leftovers for lunch, about half of my dinners have leftovers. I do not serve them again for dinner.

We do leftovers 2-3 times a week. I love leftovers for them busy nights or when I just dont feel like cooking. I usually make extra just for leftovers. We are having the tonight. Good thing we have them because I do not feel like cooking.

I haven't cooked since Sunday. We did a big crockpot chicken thing on Saturday, and DH cooked a roast on Sunday. We've just been rotating the leftovers every other day since then.

we usually do not have many leftovers but if we do dh takes them for lunch or if there are a lot we freeze them to eat on a night we will not have time to do anything in the kitchen.

oh yeah, dh knows to expect leftovers at least twice a week - I always cook enough to at least have one night of left overs, its a big money savoer for me. And time saver.

Depending on what I fix, we have leftovers a couple nights a week. We also use them for lunches and/or breakfast. My family doesn't mind at all and it gives me a night off from cooking!

My husband has to eat LO if I refuse to cook dinner. He's not a big snacker, but if he gets the munchies, he will pull a tuperware out and eat leftovers. He never eats chips or cookies or anything like that.

not really, dh usually forgets and leaves things out so I just end up throwing them away, or he forgets there are leftovers. I think I need to work out a better system. I think if I was able to incorporate them into a second meal it would work. Thanks for getting me thinking.
