Whoo! One benefit to the 1 to 1 swap is that the cards are WAy more detailed. When we did the other swap, you may have to get 10 cards made and mailed in a matter of days! Great job Ladies!!!!

Jennifer, I think it's crystal effects. You can get it through Stampin' UP or probably at craft stores (it's called diamond glaze in some stores)...you drop it on or you can brush it on and it gives things a wet or shiny look...or as Julie did, you can make dots.
