No you usually don't send money but you could send them a gift card to a book store or even a meal ticket to get food made for them... just an idea!!!
I was thinking that, too. Especially if the person is in the hospital. A McDonald's GC that they can send out for may be a welcome gift!! I agree that this will stilll be a great set of cards!!
