Are we supposed to include an envelope with each card? I have been, but noticed many of the cards in the last swap didn't have envelopes. Would anyone have a problem making it so we include envelopes with each card...just makes it easier when you go to use/mail them?

What we had all said a while back ago was we were all just paying for the envies too when we all had some at home. If our cards and envies match than we include them. Or if the card is an odd size or shape it is nice to get one that fits the card. I think if we want to change what we have been doing we just need to ask everyone. I don't think that it will be a problem.

With the price of postage so high, I'd rather save the 30 or 40 cents by using my own envelopes. I keep a box of envelopes nearby at all times...

Me, too, Alicia. Postage is ridiculous, and I can buy envelopes myself without having to pay the extra to mail one only to receive one just like I mailed!

I guess that make sense. So are we supposed to keep cards a "normal" size and shape then? I think I made a square card for the swap once. Should I not do that if I am not sending an envelope?

Exactly!! If you make an odd sized card, know to include an envelope. I actually had to make an envelope just this week, for that reason! I goofed up and made a card an odd enough size that I didn't OWN an envelope to fit it!!! Go figure!!

LOL In the scrapbooking chat forum, everyone's always saying that they are intimidated by different things. Odd Sized cards INTIMIDATE me! I don't know why but I have NEVER made a card that's not "invitation" size! LOL
