Like with a head cold?

I start pumping the fluids in and rubbing the Vick's on at night. Any other tips?

Same thing. If they are starting to get stuffed up noses, I will give them some nose spray too. I will give them a vitamin too. I know that they are already sick but a little dose of vitamins isnt gonna hurt any. I always forget to give them to the boys on a regular basis. I know there have been threads on whether vitamins are necessary or not. I will also cook up some homemade soup for them too.

I'd like to stick them in a bubble so everyone else doesn't get sick!

Just kidding, I do extra fluids and that is about it.

No milk products - it makes mucus thicker.

Push fluids.

Vaporizer at night.

No milk. It produces mucus.
We also use the Johnsons vapor bath. That stuff has always worked great for us.
And plenty of fluids.

Slow down. Cut out any non-essential after school activities. Go to bed earlier. Give her a bath or shower more often. If it is getting really bad, start the Zicam nasal swabs.
