I have to help my youngest preschool class with building and decorating gingerbread houses tommorrow! There is 11, 3 year olds! I am starting to get nervous about this one! They are only giving us (11 other mother and myself volunteered) 1 hour to make these. I am so disappointed in all the other parents. There was also a sign up sheet and only 4 parents signed up for things to bring in (needless to say I think I am going to have to pick up the rest of the things!). I normally make these at home every year and enjoy it- I don't know how I will like this!

Anyone have ideas or tips to get 11 houses done in 1 hour for 2 people? All ideas will be greatly apprieciated!
